Ottawa is over-snowed
Ottawa is currently undergoing technical difficulties, due to a bus strike and badly timed snow blizzard (Thanks a lot, Mother Nature). The city is mostly shut down, though if you're a university student beware: exams are still on! For all the civil servants, we recommend you Call in Gay today, or Call in OttawaFail.
